HIN BETWEEN FESTIVAL 2025

We’re delighted to announce the 𝙃𝙄𝙉-𝘽𝙀𝙏𝙒𝙀𝙀𝙉 𝙁𝙀𝙎𝙏𝙄𝙑𝘼𝙇, set to take place from September 12 to 21, 2025!

In celebration of Hin Bus Depot’s incredible journey over the past decade, this year’s festival revolves around the theme of “𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚.” As we mark this milestone, we invite artists, creators, and storytellers from all disciplines to explore the ways time shapes our world, our memories, and our futures.

From its origins as a bus depot to its transformation into an creative hub, Hin Bus Depot has grown alongside the pulse of Jalan Gurdwara in George Town. This festival isn’t just a reflection on the years gone by, it’s an exploration of how time leaves its marks, inspires change, and tells stories through us all. Through art, performance, and shared experiences, we’ll explore the ways time shapes and transforms, while looking ahead to the stories yet to come.

We’re now opening the call for proposals! Whether you work in visual arts, performing arts, or other creative forms; new or experimental, we want to see your interpretation of time. Share your vision and help us connect the story where past meets present and glimpses of the future come alive.
