Hin Bus Depot has hosted a variety of public and private events in our spaces, including dance productions, movie screenings, charity concerts, art festivals, wedding receptions, garage sales, and more.
This event featured a unique blend of street food but with a twist. Attendees enjoyed Tiger beer while sampling some of their favorite dishes, which definitely tickled their taste buds.

In conjunction with PIFF (Penang International Food Festival), Hin Pop-up Market collaborated with the local diner ENFOLD for this 2.0 episode. EYA featured the race, culture, and society-friendly fruit, the coconut. During this event, you had the opportunity to explore the versatile uses of this timeless fruit, from culinary delights to consumable items such as body care products, decorative items, and more. Despite being just a coconut, its possibilities were not to be underestimated!

500 Calorie Run organized by We Run George Town to gain a deeper understanding of what constitutes and what burns 500 calories. During the event, they debunked food misconceptions, discovered the real contents of their meals, and more. As they progressed on their journey to burn 500 calories, they witnessed firsthand the connection between the calories in their food and their run. The run took them along a portion of the bicycle path in George Town, concluding at Hin Bus Depot, where they enjoyed multiple interactive and informative games for a good time. It was an exciting adventure toward healthier living.

During the Merdeka season, platforms were provided for all outlets within Hin Bus Depot to celebrate the spirit of unity, freedom, and independence through the expression of creativity. 'Reference' to the concept of freedom was consistently made, with efforts to push boundaries and express it in various ways through their programs.
