Aida held a workshop to discuss her journey as a performer and dancer, highlighting how her ideas and ideals are mirrored in her dance. She also shared her experiences with discrimination in the local art scene and as a mother. The workshop explored the use of one's body as a tool of expression and resistance against oppression, especially from a female perspective.

Hin Bus Depot is pleased to announce its partnership with SITUATIONS to present a screening of a discussion held at the Whitechapel Gallery in London. This discussion revolves around the exploration of the risks, joys, and challenges associated with producing progressive forms of public art. The event is part of the Public Art (Now) program, a national initiative that encompasses talks, films, publications, and workshops developed by Situations and its collaborating partners. This program is dedicated to showcasing internationally significant new forms of public art that challenge the traditional paradigms of art commissioning, production, and audience engagement. Situations, as an organization, is renowned for its commitment to facilitating artists in realizing exceptional concepts in unconventional and unexpected settings, inspiring audiences and participants to embark on new creative journeys. Their work is deeply rooted in core values that underscore the transformative potential of art, the importance of providing artists with the trust and support needed to experiment and innovate, and the recognition that unconventional spaces offer rich and rewarding contexts for artistic expression. Moreover, as leaders in the realm of public art, Situations actively seek to enhance the conditions and skillsets required for the development of dynamic new forms of public art on a global scale.
